Directions to PrimeTime Center Carteret

From the New Jersey Turnpike

  • Take Exit 12 off the NJ Turnpike “Carteret – Rahway”
    After the tolls stay in the center lane. It will say “602 East -Roosevelt Avenue – Carteret”
  • Take a left at the traffic light onto Roosevelt Avenue and get into the two right lanes
  • Go straight down Roosevelt Avenue past the shopping center on your right
    At the next traffic light, proceed straight ahead onto Washington Avenue
  • Stay straight to the next traffic light. You will notice Carteret High School on your right on the corner. Go straight through this intersection and onto Cypress Street
  • Proceed to the next corner. Take a left at the stop sign onto Carteret Avenue
  • Proceed down Carteret Avenue about .4 mile (8 blocks) and take a left onto High Street. You will see St. Joseph’s church on the corner
  • Gateway School is directly behind St. Joseph’s on the right-hand side of High Street
  • Please park in the large lot on the left-hand side of the street directly across from the school. Park in the front near the street or in the very back so that the middle section remains open for student recess.
  • PrimeTime Center is in the lower level of the Gateway School building
