| Brick PTC News

April Showers, Bring PrimeTime Flowers

Here at PrimeTime Brick we have been busy chasing away the winter blues and welcoming in spring! We couldn’t wait for the warm weather to get here so we could hit the trails at all of our favorite county parks. So far this spring, we have enjoyed a scenic guided nature tour at Well’s Mills County Park and spent plenty of time exploring Cattus Island. We were also lucky enough to get a tour of the cranberry bogs at Cloverdale Farm where we learned all about cranberry farming.

Brick PTC: Fun in the Sun—Primetime Center Brick, NJ

| Brick PTC News

This summer we celebrated PrimeTime Center Brick’s one year anniversary by hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. In preparation, we baked and decorated cupcakes, painted inspirational canvases to decorate, and made candy-filled centerpieces for our tables. We welcomed Mayor Ducey and other members of the Brick Chamber of Commerce, along with support coordinators, to take a tour of our facility and join us for lunch. It was the perfect way to celebrate our amazing program! Check out more by downloading the PDF here.

Our spring season started with our very first clothing drive where we collected 254 bags of clothing! This season we also enjoyed focusing on the Winter Olympics by learning about different winter sports and the training that goes into being an Olympian. We also focused on making healthier food choices which inspired many of our community outings such as Stop and Shop. Read more by downloading our Spring Newsletter here.

Brick PTC: ‘Tis the Season to be Freezin’ – PrimeTime Center Brick News

| Brick PTC News

Our winter season started with preparing for the holidays. Decorating our Christmas tree and Hanukah window helped spread our holiday joy! Everyone got involved in a contest to decorate each door here at our program. The imaginations ran wild and the results were some of the most amazing doors ever! We had the great fortune to be invited to a performance of the world-famous “Holiday Express”. We were able to join our friends at our Eatontown location and had lunch along with great music and dance. Chef Devin and Mr. Doyle joined us for our Holiday Pajama Party! They lead our group in preparing an exquisite cooking experience. We enjoyed tacos, cookies, and made the most scrumptious hot chocolate! By the end of December, everyone was in true Holiday Spirit!
