June 25, 2021
Dear PTC Participants, Families and Support Coordinators,
Beginning Monday July 5th 2021 PrimeTime Center will begin expanding capacity for our in-person services according to the new regulations that have recently been released by the Division of Developmental Disabilities.
At that time our program hours will change back to 9a.m. to 3p.m., the same program hours that all of our locations had before the pandemic began. If you are currently attending in-person or soon will be returning in-person to any of our locations, please make sure the units in your plan are adjusted to reflect 24 units on the days you plan to attend. If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please reach out to your program supervisor or Blanche Stetler for further clarification.
If anyone currently not attending PTC in-person wants to return, you should reach out to your support coordinator as well as your program supervisor or Blanche Stetler to let them know.
Please understand that the new DDD regulations allow our locations to expand their capacity, but with the current guidance they have given us, capacity will still be limited because current social distancing requirements supersede capacity levels.
We will do our best to bring back as many participants as we can in a safe and secure manner. Please understand that the health and safety of everyone involved with PrimeTime Center is paramount and we want to ensure everyone that we continue to take all concerns regarding this health crisis extremely seriously.
PrimeTime Center Director
